General Conditions of Use of the Ô Doré website

These General Terms of Use (GTU) apply to the Ô Doré website, operated by Ô Doré, a self-employed person registered with the Clermont-Ferrand Trade and Companies Register under number 884 822 586 , whose registered office is located at Rue de la Fontaine du Bac, 63000 Clermont-Ferrand, France. By using this site, any user (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") fully and unreservedly accepts these GTU. If the Customer is a minor, they must obtain the authorization of their legal representative before any use.
1. Purpose of the site
The primary purpose of the Ô Doré website is to sell handcrafted jewelry and other products offered by the Publisher. Although product descriptions are carefully written, they are provided for informational purposes only. The Publisher cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in these descriptions. Products must be used for their intended purpose. Ô Doré declines all liability in the event of improper use.
2. Creation of a personal account
To place an order, the Customer must create a personal account by providing accurate information, including: last name, first name, email address, telephone number and postal address. A password is required to ensure the confidentiality of the account. The Customer agrees not to disclose this password. In the event of unauthorized access to the account resulting from negligence, Ô Doré cannot be held responsible. The Publisher reserves the right to delete an account in the event of non-compliance with the T&Cs, fraudulent activity or after a period of inactivity of 12 months , without notice or compensation.
3. Protection of personal data
Ô Doré collects personal data necessary for order processing and improving the services offered. This data includes: first name, last name, email address, telephone number, and postal address. This data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and shared only with third-party service providers necessary for order fulfillment.
In accordance with the GDPR, users have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, opposition and portability. To exercise these rights, the Customer can send an email to odorepro@gmail.com . Ô Doré undertakes to respond within 30 days .
The site is not intended for minors under the age of 16. Minors wishing to use the services must obtain authorization from their legal representative.

Estimated delivery times are 3 to 5 business days from order confirmation. In the event of a delay or loss attributable to the carrier, Ô Doré will assist the Customer in resolving the problem.
If a product arrives damaged, the Customer must contact customer service within 48 hours , with photos of the product and packaging.
Personalized or custom-made products are neither returnable nor refundable, except in the event of a manufacturing defect, in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code .
7. Promotions and special offers
Promotions and discounts offered on the site are valid only during the specified period. Ô Doré reserves the right to modify or terminate a promotional offer without notice, unless the order has already been validated.
8. Customer reviews
Customers can share product reviews directly on the website or via external platforms. Ô Doré reserves the right to moderate or delete any review deemed inappropriate, offensive, or inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.
9. Modification or cancellation of order
An order can only be modified or canceled if it has not yet begun processing. For any inquiries, the Customer must contact customer service at odorepro@gmail.com as soon as possible.
10. Legal guarantees on products
The products benefit from legal guarantees of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and guarantees against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). For any complaints, the Customer can contact Ô Doré via customer service.
11. Tax obligations for international deliveries
For orders shipped internationally, any customs fees, local taxes or other fiscal obligations are the responsibility of the Customer.
12. Maintenance and Customer Responsibility
Jewelry must be cared for according to the instructions provided on the website or at the time of purchase. Ô Doré declines all responsibility for damage resulting from improper use or maintenance.
13. Force majeure
Ô Doré cannot be held responsible for delays or non-performance of contractual obligations in the event of force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, etc.). In the event of prolonged force majeure (lasting more than 30 days), Ô Doré reserves the right to cancel the affected orders with a full refund.
14. Modification of the T&Cs
Ô Doré reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable version is the one in effect at the time of ordering or browsing. Any substantial changes will be communicated via the website or by email.
15. Disputes and mediation
In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before taking legal action. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts under French law. The Client may also use the services of an approved mediator free of charge via CM2C ( https://www.cm2c.net ).

By creating an account or subscribing to the newsletter, the Customer agrees to receive informational or promotional emails. The Customer can unsubscribe at any time via a link included in each email or by contacting customer service.
