We offer deliveries in mainland France and Europe via Colissimo and La Poste , with a standard option. Packages are delivered directly to your home .

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location:
    • Metropolitan France: 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
    • Europe: 5 to 7 working days after dispatch.

These deadlines are given as an indication and may vary during periods of high activity (e.g. end of year holidays).


3. Delivery Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package , in accordance with Colissimo rates. The exact costs are displayed before confirming your order.
  • Free delivery : Enjoy free delivery on all orders over €80 .

A tracking number is provided for each order as soon as it is shipped. You can track the progress of your package via the La Poste or Colissimo website using this number.


5. In Case of Absence

In case of absence at the time of delivery, two options are possible according to La Poste practices:

  • A performance can be scheduled.
  • The package can be dropped off at the nearest post office or collection point . You will be notified via a delivery notice.

6. Delivery Delays and Problems

We make every effort to meet announced deadlines, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (strikes, weather conditions, etc.). Here are our commitments:

  • Delayed package:

  • Lost package:
    If the carrier confirms the loss of your package, we will offer you a full refund or a resend of your order , whichever you prefer.
