1. General Information

2. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French law, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification. This period includes weekends and public holidays. If the last day falls on a weekend or a public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.

Terms :

  • Products must be returned new , unworn and in their original packaging , accompanied by all accessories and any certificates.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility. You are free to choose the carrier of your choice to make this return.

Procedure :

  1. Send an email to odorepro@gmail.com mentioning your order number or contact us via the contact form .
  2. Once your request has been validated, return the items to the address provided.
  3. After receipt and verification of the products, a refund will be made within 14 days . This refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase, unless you specifically request otherwise.

3. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If you receive a defective or non-compliant product, contact us within 5 working days of receipt.

Procedure :

  1. Send an email with a description and photos of the product in question.
  2. We will review your request. If the 5-day deadline is exceeded, it will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  3. If you agree, you can return the product for repair, exchange, or refund. Return shipping costs will be covered only in this specific case.
